Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and faulty items are handled.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With tags attached

Original packaging is recommended but not required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Used or worn items
Items without tags
Items marked as final sale on the product page


How to Request a Return

Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Do not ship items back without notifying us.

You can initiate a return in one of the following ways:

Log in to your account and go to your order history. Select the order and start a return request.

Once submitted, our team will review and approve the request.

Option 2: Contact our support team

Email us at support@cap-ten.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Order number
Item(s) you want to return
Reason for return


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where:
You received a faulty item
You received the wrong item

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault or an incorrect item shipped by us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds can be issued as either:
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method

Refund processing time is typically 2 to 10 days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:
Shipping fees are not refundable
We do not charge restocking fees


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to:
Return your item
Place a new order for the item you want

You may choose to wait for your refund first or place the new order immediately.


Faulty Items or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email support@cap-ten.com and include:
Order number
Clear photos showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem

Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.


Important Notes

Returns shipped without approval may not be processed.

All returns must be sent to our UAE return address, which will be shared once your return request is approved.
