Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on workdays before 2 pm are usually fulfilled and handed to the courier on the same day.

Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, public holidays, and for pre order items.


Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Most orders are received within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery timelines.

If you choose DHL Express, delivery is typically faster. Most DHL Express orders placed before the cut off time are delivered within 48 to 72 hours.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination and shipping method. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

If free shipping is available in your region, the threshold will be shown on the website and at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Delivery Changes

If you need to change the delivery date, delivery address, or delivery instructions after your order has been dispatched, you must do so through the courier using your tracking link.

You may also reply to the dispatch email for guidance, but delivery changes are handled by the courier once the parcel is in transit.


Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt.

Please note that only two delivery attempts are typically provided.

If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be taken to a pickup location where it can be collected within 7 days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it may be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned due to missed deliveries or uncollected pickup, a refund may be issued minus shipping fees.


Split Shipments

We do not split shipments.

If your order contains items with different availability times, we will dispatch the order once all items are ready.

If you want in stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.


Customs and Import Duties

Orders delivered within the UAE are exempt from customs and import duties.

For deliveries outside the UAE, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
