Payments & Discounts

  • Payment methods depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Most customers can pay with major credit and debit cards, along with express checkout options where available.

    We also accept Tabby, Cash on Delivery, and Crypto in some regions. Kindly see your options at checkout.

  • You can shop in multiple currencies using the currency selector on the website.

    Your payment will be charged in the currency selected at checkout. If your bank uses a different currency, it may apply conversion fees.

    • Only one discount code can be used per order
    • Some codes are limited to one use per customer
    • Some codes apply only to selected products
    • Some codes have expiry dates

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, delivery updates must be done through the courier using your tracking link. You can also reply to the dispatch email for guidance.

  • Shipping costs and delivery options depend on your location. The available methods and total shipping cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • We ship worldwide

  • Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days. Weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.

    For faster delivery, DHL Express is the quickest option. Most DHL Express orders placed before the cut off are delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Orders placed on workdays before 2 pm are usually fulfilled and handed to the courier on the same day.

    Pre orders, weekends, holidays, and peak periods may cause dispatch delays.

  • If you pre ordered an item, the estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.

    Orders that include both in stock items and pre order items are shipped once all items are ready. If you want in stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

  • Orders delivered within the UAE are exempt from customs charges.

    For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • If your parcel is delayed or items are missing, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. To help us resolve it faster, please include:

    • Your order number
    • Tracking number
    • Details of the missing item
    • Photos of the parcel and shipping label if available

      Please note: if you placed an order with more than 4-5 items, then there is a big chance we shipped it in 2 (or more) pcs. It is normal for one pcs to be delivered before the other.
  • Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

  • If you are not available during delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery again. Please note that only two delivery attempts are provided.

    If delivery cannot be completed, your package may be held at a nearby pickup location for up to 7 days. If the package is not collected, it may be returned to us and refunded minus shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

    Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or an error on our side.

  • If your item arrives faulty, contact us and include your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.

  • Only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
